With about 210 sq. meters, on two levels, the Mansionate features on the ground floor a large and bright 70 m² Living room comfortably furnished, with a 65'inch flat panel TV (HD, with Kenyan channels as well as Netflix).  From there, you access the Dining room with a large door, and a fully equipped Kitchen (American refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, induction plates,  etc.) with a counter and seating area. From the living room, there are two doors, one leading to the guest bedroom and En-suite bathroom and the other to an outdoor sitting place.

The house is equipped with high-speed internet access/wi-fi, and All the rooms have reversible air conditioning.

On the upper floor, a Master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, and a 2nd bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a shower room share a 10 m² terrace overlooking the garden and the sea.  All are comfortable, with air conditioning, and decorated with care.

The property and the villa are ideal for 6  people (with children 5 and up).

Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautiful private 500 m² landscaped Garden with trees, with no vis-à-vis and grassed. Parking space is available for several cars — Three cars can easily be parked inside the property Car-port while more cars can be parked in the visitor’s parking that is just outside the property but inside the gated community.

The place is very quiet, very private and offers superb views of the sea from everywhere.

There is an access gate to Vipingo Ridge 18-hole PGA-rated golf course a park ideal for jogging, Cycling, and relaxing, with a children's playground. The sea and beaches are only 5 km away.

The SGR train station is 35 km away while the Mombasa airport is about 30 km. We have an airstrip just 5 with two flights from and to Nairobi Wilson Airport and Ukunda Airstrip just a - 5-minute drive away. The Mombasa city center or the old town are only a 25-minute drive away.
